Conversations with Myself:
PRELUDE TO PARADISE by Sade Andria Zabala (xpsycho.tumblr.com)
This is a sort of prelude to my Paradise poem.
Don’t stop loving yourself. It’s the only thing you won’t regret loving.
- - My old Uni professor’s response to my Facebook status “I have wanted to kill myself a hundred times, but somehow I am still in love with life.”
Okay there has been a MASSIVE amount of messages coming from people on tumblr asking help with their poetry or homework or writing in general.
I WILL NOT PREACH TO BE AN EXPERT. But I will do my best to help all who messaged. Please take note again I am no Shakespeare. Any feedback/help I give you will be based from my amateur experiences.

Deep
in the chasm of
desperate emotions,
where my mind
crawls through memories
long thought lost - fondly
you are imagined
in a world devoid of negative notions.
The road to remembrance was never
as smooth as
your voice in the wind
when you whispered my name.
.
Bliss was a street
we never have crossed.
The cost of contentment I cannot claim;
You lit up my life
and left me here to burn,
the ashes fluttering
taunting me,
mocking me, yet
you never displayed an inkling of shame.
.
Why does this story have such a turn?
Why does the hero get a bullet in the head?
Why, for you, does my heart always yearn?
And no one else? No one else?
.
I’ve sped through
every stop sign down memory lane, and
I’ve grown tired of this masochistic game.
.

Anonymous asked: I would like to read the one about befriending them but never happened. I feel like im in that kind of situation right now and i wanna read how you felt about it haha
Sure. Just give me a few minutes to type it out in an image post :) It will be done in like 15 minutes tops.
Anonymous asked: Do you have any poems about friendship?
Yeah but not much and I don’t think they’re that good. One I wrote when I was like 12 lol. Another talks about people being strangers and you wanting to befriend them but nothing happens. And another talks of a traitor bitchy friend. Should you wish to see any of it, just tell me which one.
To be honest I never noticed most of my poems were about sex, love, heartbreak, and my self-esteem/life until you asked this!
//There’s also one that’s called “DON’T DROWN.” It’s at the front of my page. It’s about a depressed friend on a downward spiral.

Anonymous asked: My favourite poem you've written is ravish me red. I've read it over so many times i think I've got it memorized!! xxx
Thank you very much! This is very flattering.
It’s one of my personal favorites, too. I got the title from the lipstick of a character in American Horror Story: Asylum, and the poem is dedicated to all future lovers haha.

Don’t Drown by Sade Andria Zabala (xpsycho.tumblr.com)
To everyone who has gone through depression or thought about suicide… If you can not swim anymore, then stay afloat the sea of life until you can again.
Please, don’t kill yourself.
